What do you need from us before you start?
Very little. Typically, your organization chart, recent report, current workflows or documents. That's it!
Will doing an Operational Health Check disrupt daily operations?
No. OHC is designed to run alongside operations. We focus on the highest-leverage routines without “big-bang change.” The goal is to reduce disruption—by reducing chaos.
Do you implement, or only advise?
Both! We build together your foundation in Phase A. Implement and institutionalize the system in Phase B as a team.
What types of businesses are a good fit for OHC?
OHC works best for SMEs with 10–200 staffs where growth created complexity. It fits especially well for businesses with multi-branch teams.
How soon will we see results?
Most teams feel improvement within 3–4 weeks once system is installed. Full operating discipline typically takes 60–90 days, depending on complexity and leadership follow-through.
Is OHC a one-time project or ongoing support?
You can choose and decide. Some of our clients do Phase A only to get the system built and then run it internally. Some do Phase A + Phase B for implementation and behavior change. Some opt-in for monthly governance and review afterward to keep discipline strong.
